The hotel's location is PERFECT! It's a few steps from the Thalwil train station AND the boat station of Lake Zurich. We were able to go to Zurich via boat and enjoyed the sights and activities over the water in Lake Zurich. Our room had a balcony that had a good partial view of the lake. This is also close to the bus station that you can take to the Lindt Chocolate Museum. Overall, I would come back to this hotel!

The staff was super helpful. especially Michelle and Simone (sorry if I misspelled their name). The facility was comfortable and the lake view rooms had a scenery to die for. we were the first guests from the Maldives and they treated us very well.

The location was very nice, although we overlooked the road and train station. The restaurant was also excellent, both for dinner and breakfast.

free room upgradge, fantastic lake view, very big balcony, high quality coffee and tea in room facilities. two members of the reception team were so friendly and helpful, a massive improvement to previous years.

Easy access by train to Zurich old town centre and ferry. On-site free undercover parking. Fabulous, smiley staff - so very helpful and obliging from providing tourist information to accommodating any requests we had along the way. Enjoyed their delightful full buffet breakfasts on a sunny light-filled dining room and terrace overlooking the lake! Will definitely stay again!

The room is spacious and comfortable, we had the room with AC which is plus, I like the shutter on the windows for soundproofing since the train just in-front of the hotel, the bathroom is big and gorgeous, the rooftop restaurant is amazing too, Finally a big hi to the guy who welcomes us I forgot his name, but he was so friendly.

We have stayed at Sedartis a few yers ago and I booked it again without hesitation when it came up in the search. I like it for the style the comfort and the hospitality of the staff. We got upgraded to a room with lake view. Bedding and towels look and feel brand new. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant and I noticed some other guests were local people. Food and service was flawless.

Super nice hospitality. The room is really big with the balcony. You can enjoy the lake view all day long. The location is superb, very close to both train station and cruise station so you can enjoy the lake to Zurich. It’s also not really far from a swimming spot in the lake (less than 10mins walk)

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The proximity to train station. Had two connected rooms for family with two kids which was very comfortable and spacious. Very clean rooms and good breakfast.
